Design a bolted flange$-$plated FR connection between an A$992$ W$21$x$62$ beam and the flange of an A$992$ W$14$x$109$ column. Use A$325$N bolts $($you choose the diameter$)$ and E$70$ weld filler metal. Plate material used should be A$572$ Gr$.50.$

The factored connection loads are Vu $=40$k and Mu $=250$kip$-$ft$.$

You may neglect web panel zone shear but check all other relevant concentrated load limit states for the column and design stiffeners, if needed. Use the course flange$-$plate example problem as a template.
