Design a custom $4-$bit counter that counts only from $0$ to the value of MAX$\_$IN$.$ The MAX$\_$IN is a value

that the user can set up through an external $4-$bit input.

The system must operate on the positive edge of the input clock signal and have all inputs as

synchronous. The system must include a Reset input to reset the counter to zero. Add any other signals

you believe are necessary if applicable.
