Part 1 

1. Produce a draft project charter for the project.
2. Develop a simple work breakdown structure for the selected project.
3. Provide a general budget statement for the project.
4. Design a basic organisational structure for the project.

Part 2 

Produce a 10-slide (maximum) PowerPoint presentation on the above (5)

• We need to specify the clients
• We need to specify who we are
• WBS … all the activities costing
• Organizational chart (Project and Program Managers)
  • Who is the project manager
  • Who is the assistance
  • Each one and his tasks

GUIDANCE

Contents

• Cover Page – should include all names of members of the group, student IDs, course name and code, title of assignment, submission date.
• Contents – brief list of contents of assignment with page numbers. Indicate very clearly which sections have been produced by which students in your Group.
• Brief Introduction – summary of the assignment tasks.
• Main Body of Text – sections of the assignment.
• Concluding Remarks – brief summary of the findings of the assignment.
• References – should include all sources of reference used including websites, books, papers, course materials etc.
