Develop a system to help students learn Morse Code. The system will have one input. The user sends in Morse Code pulses on the input, and as characters are completed the appropriate letter is lit up momentarily. You will need to support a couple different short and long pulse durations, since users cannot usually hold the key for EXACTLY n clock cycles. Make sure you obey the rules of Morse code, and only show the letters that are actually sent. Include the testbenches for each modules.
