Developing a Plan for a Process

Using the Concentric Circle Planning $($CCP$)$ diagram from the lesson, develop a plan for a process you use or that you know about. Make sure to use all six levels of the CCP in your plan. $**$ Concentric Circle Planning $($CCP$)$ diagram template attached$**.$

Kindly use the below to develop the plan.

$1.$ Strategy $$ Describe in one sentence the overarching objective of this initiative. It should be business $/$ customer focused.

$2.$ Portfolio $$ Break down the strategy into at least three units of work that make sense to align with the strategy. This could be by product lines, geographic regions, sequences of work efforts.

$3.$ Product $$ Within one portfolio, identify at least two specific products related to or incorporated within the portfolio.

$4.$ Release $$ Break down one of the products identified above into at least two self$-$contained work that could be delivered as functional units $($two releases$)$

$5.$ Iteration $$ Break down one release into at least two sequential time$-$constrained pieces of work $($an iteration$)$ that can be delivered within the iteration schedule $($typically $2-4$ weeks per iteration$).$

$6.$ Day $$ Provide an example of what one single day$$s worth of work within the iteration may look like. Respectfully.
