As a result, patients will no longer cause hospitals to reach capacity, and the overall healthcare system will begin to operate more smoothly. The faith of the public in its government will be rebuilt. People will be able to lead lives that are more consistent with their expectations, and the economy will be able to flourish.
The ability to exercise leadership during and after a pandemic calls for a different set of skills than is typically required. Leaders will need to be able to communicate clearly with the general public, earn their followers' trust, and make challenging choices in a timely manner. In addition to this, they will need to have the ability to adjust to a situation that is constantly evolving and the capacity to collaborate with other leaders in order to find solutions.
or the spread of covid-19 to be successfully contained, a coordinated effort from leaders at all levels of government, as well as the private sector and civil society, is required. In order to accomplish this, there will need to be communication that is both clear and effective, a willingness to collaborate with one another for the benefit of the community, and a dedication to the principles of openness, accountability, and equity.

When these values are ingrained in the leadership of an organization, it results in the formation of a common vision and purpose that can serve to direct the activities of both individuals and groups. In times of crisis, having trust and confidence in those in positions of authority is critical; this shared vision can help to build that trust and confidence. In addition to this, it can give one a feeling of hope and the possibility of a better future.
