Step 3: Find Common Ground

1. Plan when and how each leadership team member will meet with the people/groups they

have selected. Their role is to learn peoples interests, desires, issues, and concerns and find

common connections between the people/groups and the teams vision and values.

2. Plan when, what, and how team members will report back to the team what they learned.

Step 4: Articulate Inspirational Vision and Values

1. Based on the learnings described in Step 3 above, describe and illustrate examples of value

and vision alignment that are perceived as highly inspirational.
