You can see that the time limit has both advantages and disadvantages, but I think the time limit system has more advantages. The President of the United States has a term limit. They are limited to 2 or 4 years. You can see that the effectiveness of the Senator, who has been in a leadership position for many years, is diminishing. They would think that the experience they gained in service would improve them, but I think that's a problem. I don't think they always have the people's best interests in mind. They get too caught up in the negative aspects of politics and do what they can to protect their jobs. Having been able to serve for over 40 years, they seem to be giving them a vote, not what may actually be the best choice. I can say it in many ways, but when I say that I've been able to serve for 12 years, I think it's better to work hard for people than to do everything to keep busy.
