Document the requirements for a 2-year long research project that measures the maternal outcomes that come with offering 10 African American pregnant women free doula services for the duration of their pregnancy until one-year post-partum. The exit criteria is that both the mother and the child make it to one-year postpartum. 2 full-time doulas will be employed for the project and the budget is $250,000 for 2 years. Format the requirements in two ways:
