Doing it right the first time and better next time is a phrase which means the performance standards should be with zero defects or errors should not be expected while working. The quality of work should be right while attempting for the first time and better the next time. Doing it the first time emphasize the importance of making sure that only those activities should be involved during the Covid-19 treatment which adds value to the required output because the other activities will be waste and will add no value.

If the virus is taken care of during its first wave and the correct measures are put in place to help fix the pandemic, the people of Ghana will not have to face more difficulties because of Covid-19 in the future. Promoting of technology should be seen as a way of preventing the Covid-19. Indoor temperature, humidity and ventilation must be increased in public and private buildings in all the affected areas of Covid-19.by research the low temperature and low humidity contribute to flu-like virus pandemic ,while high temperature and high humidity prevents flu-like epidemics. Good ventilation is another important factor that reduces the virus from spreading.

In the current state where Covid-19 has affected the educational system. In this case students are not able to go to school, they partake in an online learning which is not really helpful to students its makes students relax when there is an assignment and give excuses like network problems and so on if the schools were opened learning would have been more effective because the students knows the time the class will start and and end and they would be able to pay more attention to the lecturer, with the online learning, when a class is taking place students do whatever they feel like doing because the lecturer or the teacher isnt in front of them.
