Draw an EPC model of the following excerpt: the "Sales Negotiation" process. You have had a meeting with Milk Bar as you were interested in how they run their sale negotiations process. This is what you learnt: A few days before the sales rep is required to meet with a distributor, they are sent a notification to set up a meeting. They are required to contact the distributor and set up a meeting based on the distributor's availability. It can be assumed that a meeting is eventually scheduled, and the product team then need to compile a list of products to offer the distributor. New products must also be included in this list to ensure that the distributors are given an option to take on new products. During the meeting, the sales rep will discuss with the distributor to see how they are progressing and negotiate what products the distributor wants to take up from the compiled lists. The quantity and price of each item need to be agreed upon with the distributor. The product negotiation concludes if there is nothing else to discuss. However, sometimes, if a distributor wishes not to renew their contract for the next year (all contracts auto-renew), contract negotiations occur after the product negotiations have taken place. The sales rep will request information on why the distributor would like to quit. If the sales rep is able to negotiate with the distributor to stay, they will make arrangements for a new contract to be drafted. If a resolution is not met, then the auto-renew of the contract is cancelled. In your model, include at least TWO data clusters and TWO organisational units.
