It is not necessary to word process the entire document on pgs $123-125.$ Instead simply number each active listening tool $($there are six, and the first is "Empathetic Responses"$),$ then write one example for each. This will be very clear once you see pg $123-125.$ In addition, write a couple of paragraphs describing your own process for attaining skills in active listening.
