Each team will create a mission statement for the project and submit it to the instructor. A copy of the mission statement must be kept in the project binder. You may also search the internet for information on composing a mission statement. The statement should be from your consulting group. 2. Review the GRD Corporation Project Instructions for Interviewing the Project Manager. The file containing these instructions are available in the Project Resources folder on the main Moodle course page 3. Teams will email a confirmation to the project manager and submit a confirmation memo to the instructor indicating when and where the interviews are to take place. 4. When the interviews are completed, teams will send a thank-you note or email to the project manager. A thank-you note template is available in the Project Resources folder on the main Moodle course page. A copy of each thank-you note must be kept in the project binder.
