For example in my personal experience before pandemic, ESL classes were face to face, and at first I was ashamed to ask questions because I felt that they were going to laugh at me for not speaking the well and adding my age to the side of youngsters and other factors too, I was left with many doubts about the class, But now I understand that it was a big mistake and for unreasonable prejudices I did not make the most of that time. If you feel the teacher is going too fast or it is not clear, ask for a clarification or explanation in class. As a result, the whole class will benefit. Take advantage of campus opportunities, even if you are only learning from another student who is better at something than you or contrary, and don't ever let anyone convince otherwise. Go you need help. Take the time, work hard, be humble, and you will succeed.
