We appreciate the extra hours people have been dedicating to revising the Lakeshore Warehouse Proposal so it meets the Toronto Green Standards.

Many people have generously been logging onto the corporate server remotely to keep contributing to the project on weekends. However, our IT department has just discovered some flaws in the software we use to facilitate remote access. In some instances, this has created security weaknesses making vital financial and intellectual property data vulnerable to hackers.

Due to this serious concern, employees will no longer be able to access files on G-drive from their home computer. Instead, we will offer company laptops for loan over the weekend.
