Final Project Data Analysis In Module 5(b) you should have developed a list of analysis that you are planning to perform. It is now time to start analyzing the data. Your analysis should include all of the following:

Make a Stratification for percent of days lost by month using the Injury Lost Days file 8. Make a Scatter Plot with trendline for percent of days lost by day using the Injury Lost Days file 9. Make a Scatter Plot with trendline for percent of days lost by month using the Injury Lost Days file 10. Make a Cause & Effect Diagram using information from the interviews 11. Make a Stratification of oil drops by location based on the Oil Drop Inspection Tally Sheet 12. Make a Histogram of oil drops by location based on the Oil Drop Inspection Tally Sheet 13. Make a Run Chart of Employees out due to work injury by day using the Work Loss Data Sheet 14. Analyze the Type of Injury with SOP spreadsheet to see if there is a relationship between total lost work days of the accident and whether there was a Standard Operating Procedure violation. 15. Analyze the Type of Injury with SOP spreadsheet to see if there is a relationship between total lost work days of the accident and whether the Proper Protective Equipment was being worn. 16. Analyze the Type of Injury with SOP spreadsheet to see if there is a relationship between total lost work days of the accident and the Number of Supervisors present. 17. Add to your analysis a summary of your results and any recommendations based on the results of your analysis. These recommendations should certainly include: a. Any metrics you would like to continue tracking in the future b. Any changes that you think should be made now.
