For a team project we have to create a Communication Management Plan. I am creating the communication matrix this week and since this is a "fake" project I am creating it for I am drawing a blank. The project idea we are creating the communication plan for is the development of "Rent-a-Cell phone" Centers for a Cell Phone Company. For such a project, what are some of the stakeholders I could/should list? I dont even know what all the workings of the project would be in order to come up with the stakeholder. Any help is appreciated.
