3. Take notes so you can prepare a written statement identifying who represents whom and what arguments were made by each party. Include at least two of the questions that were asked by a justice.
4. Look up the court's decision. You will have to find this decision through independent research. Summarize the court's decision.

4. Conclusion: Your thoughts and impressions. Also describe who had the better argument and why.
