I am doing a project proposal where the Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency granted $100000 for helping the people in Lismore to establish facilities at an existing library because the library was flooded recently, and this proposal is aiming for Lismore yourths aged 18-24. The proposal will be for two years. I would like to provide me with the project scope and answer the below questions.

I have thought one outcome which is Motivate the Lismore Community youth to pursue their dreams.The three outputs activities that derive from the outcome are as follows:

enroll the youths and keep track of their progress.

establish partnership with HR, consultancies who specialized in getting trade jobs

assist youths to get employee full-time.
