I am doing a project proposal where the Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency granted $100000 for helping the people in Lismore to establish facilities at an existing library because the library was flooded recently, and this proposal is aiming for Lismore yourths aged 18-24. The proposal will be for two years. I would like to provide me with the executive summary and answer the below questions.

In this part i have included the stakeholders internal and external The stakeholders include individuals and groups such as the landlord, the Centrelink, the marketing manager, the facilities and operations manager, educational partners such as local TAFE, council, publishers and the staff (2-3 people) and the youths.

At the background is needed to be answered the following questions.

• What is the history of the problem? How long has it existed?
• How is solving it related to the business goals of your organization?
• Who my project stakeholder are like and what are their interests?
