I am doing a project proposal where the Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency granted $100000 for helping the people in Lismore to establish facilities at an existing library because the library was flooded recently, and this proposal is aiming for Lismore yourths aged 18-24. The proposal will be for two years. I would like to provide me with the project scope and answer the below questions. How will you solve the problem you described? Why will the proposed solution be effective? Why is the proposed solution better than alternatives? What would it take to make it happen?

At this point explain more detail about the project goals and SMART objectives and elaborating what the project outcome, outputs and main activities.

I have written in my report one outcome which is to motivate the Lismore Community youth to pursue their dreams. and the outputs activities are three, enroll the youths and keep track of their progress,establish partnership with HR consultancies who specialized in getting trade jobs, and assist youths to get employee full-time.
