Hello, I need help with putting a paragraph together for the below question:

• Growth Opportunities (Briefly overview the importance of growing and setting goals. Then, develop at least two SMART goals based on your analysis. Detail the areas where you have yet to grow and discuss some plans for achieving that growth).

Growth opportunities for me which my manager wrote and I don't now how to put in a paragraph: My growth for me is my self confidence which I would like to work on and communication skills but I would like to explain better in a paragraph with more sophistication.

This year has been great for V and she should be proud of all she has accomplished. I have seen her grow a lot this year and becoming more vocal and learning as she goes. I know that she had/has a fear of doing presentations but she has worked on this and being part of a smaller group committee, gave her a way to ease into it. It's not easy but it just takes practice. I will keep coaching V on that if she wants in the next year as I'm sure she will have plenty of opportunities. V is one of these employees that is a joy to lead. She is smart and takes direction and adapts asks great questions and is learning how to persevere through challenges. I would encourage her to continue on the path she is on, take all the leadership courses that she can. I am excited to see what V will be able to accomplish in 2024!
