Hello, I need your help to implement a webpage using ASP.NET C#. There will be three persons to choose from and the user can vote for one of them. Login page not required. The design and layout is up to you.

You need to display the total number of votes for each person and the total votes all together.

e.g.

Person A: 2 votes

Person B: 5 votes

Person C: 1 votes

Total Votes: 8 votes

You need to store and retrieve the votes in a text file. Database is not allowed. When u refresh the page, the votes store in the text file will not reset and instead it will keep adding up.

e.g
