Task: Your task is to prepare a Request for Expression of Interest and an evaluation grid for the request for expression of interest, written for one of the procurement packages. This document will request the company information, capabilities and past projects required to evaluate and select a short list of bidders. The Evaluation criteria should be prepared separately for the Eol and the Proposal, however, for the purpose of this course and time available, just prepare a grid in detail to evaluate the EOI
