Hundreds of KPIs and metrics exist to measure supply chain performance. Give examples of two supply chain-related KPIs/Metrics that could be included in a supply chain scorecard. For each metric: 

1. Discuss what it is measuring and its role or importance within the supply chain. 

2. Show the formula and walk through an actual calculation. 

3. What is the actual number telling us and comparing it to a benchmark or industry average/best practice. Each team will have 30 minutes in class to prepare a PowerPoint presentation. Each team will present no more than 10 minutes each.
