When this membrane potential x(t)+y(t) is above 5, only x(t) is selected to model the new
phase on the graded potential, otherwise only y(t) is selected to represent the graded
potential.
Use a switch block to represent this selection. You may use individual scopes for each of the
signals involved into this model.
(5 points) Open a Blank Model in Simulink. Save it as HW5_2 in the current folder. Using the
same decision as in problem 1 use an if-else blocks to solve the problem.
