I know from my text that Takt time is daily availability over daily demand, but I am unsure how to use it in the context of the problem. $2$: "Are you meeting $/$ exceeding productivity target?" I believe using the information that I am not hitting the productivity target as the target is $35$ and the results in yellow are $23\mathrm{.}60153.3$: $$Are you generating FG inventory?$$ I am unsure of what FG Inventory is or how to calculate if I am generating it$.4$: $$Number of operators per shift needed to meet or exceed target PPH $($same quality$)$ It seems like reducing the number of operators increases the PPH which seems backwards to me$.5$: $$Can Increasing Quality to $100\%$ meet target PPH without changing original number of operators?$$ I am under the assumption that if the target PPH is already not being met, that increasing the quality to $100\%$ would only worsen the results. I could use some guidance as to how to tackle problems like these so I can attack the others in my homework.
