I need a paragraph aggreeing with what is said below, thank you

Business process Reengineering is 100% necessary for almost any business to succeed over the long term. Think about how cheap and easy it is to get furniture now that the process of creating it is almost entirely automated. McDonalds now saves millions of dollars a year on labor because they have automated their ordering systems and have the opportunity to pay less people to run the register. These are examples of how someone can look at an industry or a company and re-engineer the systems in place to be more profitable and add value to the customer. Eliminating unnecessary work benefits the company and usually the consumer.

This can cause problems within companies and industries though. Many times making work more efficient means that less people are required to do so. This can have drastic effects on communities, and the economy. Loss of jobs is an empirically bad thing, furthermore the threat to job security makes it uncomfortable as a subject to certain workers. Truckers are a good example of this in the modern world as vehicles are very nearly completely automated. This effect is made even worse as RPR is usually more suited to larger companies with lots of resources because it usually requires a large up front investment. This can cause a lack of employee engagement and happiness which in turn lowers outputs and profitability.

Being too aggressive with RPR can have major drawbacks, however, not doing any of it will lead a company or industry to become obsolete. Over time this is especially true.
