I need a substantive comment on this post:

This was an interesting test. Ive taken different personality tests for other classes but I dont recall taking a learning style test. My results showed that I do not have a strong preference for any particular category, which surprised me. I did score seven for sensing and five for both reflective and verbal learning styles. I scored a one in sequential. Overall, this test helped me recognize that my learning style isnt as specific as I believed was. I am mostly a visual learner. I need to see text or some examples then I need to apply the skill myself. Sensing learners need to know facts and for the information to be concrete. I prefer rubrics to understand exactly how the assignment is being scored. Sensing learners also dislike complications or surprises (NC State University, n.d.). These are all true not only to my learning style but also to my personality. The information can be applied by understanding how others interpret information. This is resourceful for becoming an effective manager because it teaches other learning styles and could be a tool for finding new ways to teach. I work in the field of behavioral health. One day Ill be in a training position. My first step would be to learn each style, and then find methods to teach the material in different ways.
