I need help setting up a proposal. I need help with a page written proposal for a modeling project.

The proposal should include the following items :

$-$ A little background on the situation

$-$ The purpose of the model and its objective function

$-$ The kinds of data needed as model input $($you don't need to supply the data at this point$)$

$-$ The model's decision variables $($at least $3$ decision variables are required$)$

$-$ At least $2$ constraints faced by the decision$-$maker $($other constraints may occur to you later$)$

The proposal should be based on a real business, organizational, or personal problem with which you can obtain data. Avoid modeling something as simple as two$-$variable LP$.$ preferably a somewhat simpler model built correctly and analyzed thoroughly over a complex model with made$-$up data that is hard to understand.

A proposal that uses actual data, are rooted in a real situation, and are well written.
