The weather should be extracted through a third-party service. Please, describe how the request to the service should be handled, considering that the name of the parameter will be cityName. Also, describe all scenarios of using this service.

All errors should be handled as well (such as: a person did not respond with the city name, a service is temporarily unavailable, etc.).
