I need you to write a script scenario we choose scenario 2 we are four members

Introduction In this group assignment, student groups are exposed to various leadership situations, whereby they role play in the capacity of the manager. Students are expected to read through the scenarios, and using the frameworks and concepts learned in class, be prepared to role play the situation in groups in class. Each group member will be given a specific role, and complement each other in the simulation situation. Experiential learning taps into the long-term memory of participants while creating a binding opportunity. Research has found that benefits of cooperation include promotion of critical thinking, involving people actively in their own learning, increasing motivation, building diverse understanding and establishing a positive atmosphere for modelling cooperation. Generally, a management case study implies the analysis of a specific case that raises managerial challenges. In general, a management case study appeals to either a real or fictitious scenario. In this scenario, there are typically numerous possible outcomes, viewpoints or alternative decisions. Students are expected to use critical thinking in analyzing the situation and giving recommendations for a course of action. Students can use the template below to plan their argumentation. Each simulation is organized in groups of 4-5 students. Each role play takes about 30 minutes to complete. Template for Preparation Please answer the questions below and fill the template. Customers report issues with quality of products, technical support and marketing. He continuously asks for support for serving the customer better, and training for new products. However, to him it seems like other sales managers with bigger customers get all the support, and he as a manager of a small account is neglected. The manager reviews the records and does not see evidence of such discrimination. However, he decides to set up a meeting with all concerned parties in order to come to the bottom of the problem, enhance communication between the parties, and motivate them for improved collaboration in the future. Divide the roles for the group members and act out the meeting situation. Please prepare a script for the situation before the simulation.
