If in a CSV file, there is a first row containing $16$ no of weeks like $1,1,1,1,1,1,1,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,4,4,4,4,4,4,4.....$and in the second row it contains day of the week as $0,1,2,3,4,5,6,0,1,2,3,4,5,6,$ as $0$ for monday and $6$ for sunday... I want to convert the rows to column in such that week $1$ monday$(0)$ contains $24$ rows $,$ tuesday$(1)$ contains another $24$ rows and so on for $16$ weeks... please do it in python
