In great detail, explain why it is essential for all members of an organization not just to know but understand both mission and vision statements of the organization they belong to; furthermore, who should be involved when forming the mission and vision statements of a company and explain why you choose that select group of people? Would you consider knowledgeable and experienced people like scientists and engineers to be part of forming the mission statement? Or just the high management with a strong business background? Or a mixture of both?
