Hi Everyone!
This class has truly challenged me to the core. The Program is getting progressively harder in my opinion. Every aspect so far, especially the time management piece, has helped me on this journey. I have never used data visualizations or have had to analyze an extensive amount of data provided to me in a spreadsheet; where I needed to organize. My first introduction to the concept was in a previous MBA class last Fall. The study sessions were very helpful at that time. Once I was able to access and navigate VDI, the instructions that were provided to complete the Tableau assignment were good. To compare both experiences, I would say they were equally has challenging for me, however doable. Also, I liked the additional details in Tableau that were provided when you hovered over a set.
The assignment itself I found interesting from a female perspective. I deduced that women are almost four times more stressed out than men every day. Based on the data, I wondered what percentage of women were people of color and what answers would you get if another survey was given that assessed the kind of stress on each level of leadership.
