In my current role at work, I have been responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while effectively communicating with my team members to ensure projects were completed within set timelines. Project procurement management is a crucial aspect of project management that involves the processes necessary to purchase or acquire products, services, or results needed from outside the project team. The Project Manager provides oversight of all procurement activities under her project and she works with the project team (including myself) to identify all problems to complete the project successfully. Thus, the part that I help with is ordering spare parts that are needed for the aircraft in the field sites that I support once I receive that list from the project manager
