In this part of your project, your team will develop project artifacts that are required during the Organizing and Preparing phase of a predictive project. These artifacts are created by carrying out the following processes of the Project Scope Management knowledge area: Collect Requirements, Define Scope, and Create WBS. Part 2 consists of the following project artifacts: Requirements Traceability Matrix. Based on the stakeholder register, create a list of thirty requirements (minimum two requirements per stakeholder) using the MoSCoW method (see Module 4, Part 2). WBS Using the project scope statement, create the project WBS in either a Hierarchical Structure Style or the Indented Outline style format. The first level of the WBS should be labeled Level 0.
