In this part of your project, your team will develop project artifacts and plans that are required during the Organizing and Preparing phase of a predictive project. These artifacts and plans are created by carrying out the following processes of the Project Schedule Management, Project Cost Management, Project Resource Management, and Project Communications knowledge areas: Develop Schedule, Determine Budget, Plan Resource Management, and Plan Communications Management. Part 3 consists of the following project artifacts and plans: High-level project schedule (Gantt Chart). Using the WBS from Part 2 of the group project, define three activities for each work package and create a high-level Gantt Chart for your project. The Gantt Charts should include a logical sequence of activities and several project milestones.
