Create a cross functional or basic process map of a process for the following examples:

Approx. 10 15 process activities (inclusive of decisions)

Option to create in Visio o Draw.io

Include decision points, parallel/alternative path

Identify value add & non-value add steps or process activities

Estimate or measure times for each step

Conduct cycle time analysis or determine cycle time efficiency.

Summarize your findings or conclusion in a few sentences.

Process Improvement Process Mapping Create a standard process map of any one of the following (minimum 15 steps, include decision points)

1. You are taking a flight to Vancouver (start at the airline counter)

2. You work at a local restaurant, customer orders your most popular dish

3. You want to buy a cell phone at a local retailer
