You are asked to develop research questions based on a literature review. This should include the following:

1. selecting a research area that is relevant to digital transformation, which is generally characterized by using digital technologies (including but not limited to artificial intelligence, Internet of things, big data analytics, block chain) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business organizations (for example business processes, models, products/services, marketing, human resource management, customer services, supply chains), the efficiency and effectiveness of public sectors, or the efficiency and effectiveness of society. Please focus on one area only.

2. describing your literature review methods;

3. conducting a thematic literature review on the selected topic and identifying research gaps;

4. developing your own research aims/questions

5. Including at least 10 journal papers as references
