Make sure to check sentence structure, grammar and formatting. This letter MUST be in CORRECT LETTER FORMAT, as shown in your text book $($Appendix B$,$ pg$.560,$ Figure B$\mathrm{.}2$ and B$\mathrm{.}3).$
