a motorcycle. Considering the motorcycle and driver as a lumped mass of $233$ kg $,$ compare the behaviour of the mass while excited by a speed bump with an initial

displacement of $0\mathrm{.}1$m and initial velocity of $0\mathrm{.}1$ms$-1.$

The characteristics of the suspension system are given below,

a$.$ When mono shock suspension is applied, the stiffness is $32\mathrm{.}37$x$103$ Nm$-1$ and

damping ratio of $0\mathrm{.}23.$

b$.$ When Gas filled suspension is applied, the stiffness is $24\mathrm{.}16$x$103$ Nm$-1$ and

damping ratio of $0\mathrm{.}17.$

Justify your selection of the suspension system for the said condition using behaviour analysis.
