Issue Identified: New AI algorithm is about to go live in the upcoming week but not everyone is onboard. Debate regarding if it'll hurt business or not and more workload on top of everything else to learn this new algorithm/software.

Reading into the dynamics of how the bank is handling the integration of the new IT program to process future loans, it is evident that the employees who were with the bank from the beginning and are currently processing loans have been left out of the decision making process. Fair Process is the idea of including all levels of employees in the strategic decisions and processes companies use in order to create increased levels of buy in on said decisions (Kim & Mauborgne, 1997). The employees from the branch used to test the new program reported extreme dissatisfaction citing lack of time to learn the new system and others who were downright refused to participate from the beginning.
