Issue Identified: New AI algorithm is about to go live in the upcoming week but not everyone is onboard. Debate regarding if it'll hurt business or not and more workload on top of everything else to learn this new algorithm/software. When looking at the big picture there is a major communication issue from the CEO/CFO to the employees who will be using the new technology. The CEO is just realizing how much of a push back the employees are giving right before she has to make her decision on implementing the technology. Management has been avoiding the decision and the employees feedback in hopes someone else may make the decision for them. This company has exemplified all 5 dysfunctions of a team: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results.
