A. Chase Strategy: Produce exactly to meet demand; vary workforce (assuming opening workforce equal to first month's requirements).

B. Level Strategy: Constant workforce; vary inventory and allow shortages only (assuming a workforce of 10).

C. Constant low workforce; use subcontracting. Apply the above strategies and suggest the most appropriate strategy to be applied.
