Kermit the Frog, a fifty year old frog, has worked at his job for 20 years selling concrete. He is the highest paid, oldest, and most productive sale representative for the 2018 year. Miss Piggy, a forty year old pig, has worked in the same job for 5 years selling the same product. She is a good salesperson and has good performance evaluations. On several occassions, Miss Piggy has commented to her supervisor, Fonzi Bear, in front of Kermit, that Kermit seems too old to want to be working, that he does not understand the current sales technology, and that she does not want to be that old and still working.

This year sales are down (COVID19, presumably...) and the company decides to lay off some of its sales employees. The company lays off Kermit. Does Kermit have any recourse? Why or why not?
