We have decided to merge with People$$s Democratic Movement $($PDM$)$ with new idea's from the National Progressive Movement $($NPM$)$ we will work together to make this country great again.

First up my hands are clean, and I am ready to do battle with anyone who want to hamper or prevent the progress and development of Montserrat and the future of our Emerald Isle. Tonight I can tell you that PDM has a clear mandate as to engagement, enhancement and I know with Honourable Lewis, Honourable Osborne and Honourable Romeo we have the best team with experience to put Montserrat back on the map for the right reasons.

Is a natural disasters so many issues over the last $4$ year people have lost Washing machine, TV$,$ Microwave, Stero Sets, and not substantial has been given to assist our people who have lost electrical appliances.

I can assure you that PDM will address this issue within the first $100$ day of been elected back into office.

If we owe money for the old generator or we need to renegotiate a proper deal for better generators because we can't go on living with this problem.

Road maintenance if you look at the quality and conditions of our roads you would not believe that the person charged for works drive through the potholes as if they didn$$t exist.

We have a road from the entrance to RAMS and ending up to Hope next to Chambers residents that bit of road need to be surface and maintain, Happy Hill road need to be resurfaced and maintained, Woodlands, Olveston, Oldtown, Little Bay and Manjack road.

From Look$-$Out to Belham Valley there are a lot of over$-$hanging trees that should be cut back to prevent road blockage if we should get a storm.

Under this Government, two $2$ persons have gone missing. At the homes and sheltered accommodation there should be $24$ hours security whether by human resources or surveillance cameras. Fishing personnel have gone missing. I am of the opinion that fishing boats should not go out to sea without a tracking device and hand$-$held radio$$s which I think should be funded or subsidized by the Fisheries Department.
