PDM$\text{'}$s$$Mandate

"Tonight,$$I$$am$$proud$$to$$tell$$you$$that$$PDM$$has$$a$$clear$$mandate$$focused$$on$$engagement$$and$$enhancement$.$With$$Honourable$$Lewis$$and$$Honourable$$Romeo$,$we$$have$$assembled$$a$$strong$$and$$experienced$$team$$that$$is$$ready$$to work hard do battle to regain some credibility and stability in this country.

Review of Salaries and minimum wage

PDM give the poor man and woman with a child who has to pay someone for childcare even though he or she is underpaid the chance to receive more in there pay cheque so they can have a better life.

I will now focus on the $$issue$$ Salaries scale for the ordinary men and women who have mortgage with bank or institutions when loans are deducted, utility, Cable, telephone and vehicle maintenance to include road taxes and insurance nothing is left to buy groceries and there has been increase in every thing but $($salaries$).$ We will fight for an increase so people can put food on there table and eat healthily which will our hospital visit when we eat more healthily

The People's Democratic Movement will seek to increase the minimum wage from nothing to something

We will seek a review of the salary scale where possible we will make an argument for an increase.

Police and immigration

We will seek for better working conditions for our officer's who uphold the law and work to assist in other areas prison, fire, security and other agencies but no one can come in and do the police work.

The police is not covered by any ministry for national security even though the Governor is in charge of the police and there is not much can be done she would have to go though the police advisor

These officer's vote for us they didn't vote for the Governor $,$

This the PDM government will work for better working conditions for our police and prison officer's

The police is our national security and the government will highlight the Governor's poor decisions

A police constable is on the same rate or scale as security officer

Seek for salaries increase or benefit for over time work $.$

Increase our food security

We the People's Democratic Movement will increase our food security whereby providing lands for our farmers and the assistance to improve a higher standard of production locally and internationally.

We will provide tanks free water with irrigation and fencing to protect the crops
