On $......$ I received an email invitation to attend a meeting to discuss $,,,,,$ from Acting Judge Dale Fitzpatrick on $.........$ and then another by the Deputy Registrar $$ Fanella Francis to address $..........$

On Friday $2$nd August $2024,$ the Registrar went to perform a meeting at the Court Room at Bades for $1$:$00$ p$.$m$.$ This then left Mrs$.$ Fanella Francis and I the two most Senior Officers in the Department. During the hours of $12$:$00$ and $2$:$00$ pm are mostly and usually the busiest time in the Department. My lunch time is from $1$: p$.$m$.$ to $2$: pm$.$ Being the $....$ of the office most days I do not go for lunch exactly at that time but much later.

On the day in question, Mr$.$ Meade who already left to perform his wedding for $1$ p$.$m$.$ left Mrs$.$ Fanella Francis and I. The Office became very busy in which I had to go to the front desk to attend to the many customers request and complaints etc. During that busy time, while attending to a customer I happened to notice from the corner of my eyes, the likes of Mrs$.$ Francis going through the door and exited outside as if she had left the building. This I think was sometime after $1$:$15$ pm$.$ When the crowd had slackened, I enquired of my colleagues present where Mrs$.$ Francis went and they said they do not know, they only saw her go through the door with a book in her hand. Now was now close to $1$:$30$ p$.$m$.$ As a result of this I could not proceed on my lunch and to conduct any personal business I had to do$.$

Mr$.$ Meade returned to the Office at about $2$:$15$ pm and Mrs$.$ Francis at about $2$:$25$ p$.$m$.$ During this time, I was still assisting persons at the front and on the telephone. I spoke to Mr$.$ Meade that I cannot attend the meeting as I have personal matters to attend and I have not had my lunch as yet and to explain to the judge and apologize on my behalf. As I was getting ready to leave Mr$.$ Meade came and said the Judge says to come to the meeting. I proceeded to the meeting room. The Judge said to me to sit, that it will take about $10$ to $15$ minutes. I said to the Judge with all due respect my Judge I cannot attend the meeting as I have to go to Western Union and I have not had my lunch as yet. He insisted that I sit for the meeting and I apologized and repeated again that I cannot attend the meeting as I have to go to FedEx Office and I have not had my lunch as yet and I am very hungry. I then asked the Judge if that is it and If I can leave and he replied yes. I then left his office. When I came back to the Office at about $3$:$15$ p$.$m$.$ I enquired how the meeting went and I was told that it did not go on that the judge was upset and very rude and told them to get out of his office.

Nothing was said to me by the Judge or anyone about the events of the meeting. The Judge then left the Supreme Court Department and the Government Headquarters premises at approximately $3$:$26$ p$.$m$.$

It should be noted that anything said in the report beyond the events of the meeting should be not considered and acted on and be disregarded and deemed hearsay as the Judge vacated the Supreme Court Department and the Government Headquarters premises at approximately $3$:$26$ p$.$m$.$
