MCAP cancelled the Ring$-$Fenced funding for transport services in Montserrat.$$ What that did is increase travel expenses and hardship for the people of Montserrat, what they also did was to cancelled the ferry services which was bring cargo for the small businesses on Montserrat that made cargo become more expensive for the businesses.$$

What$$they also did was to shut down the $$what$\text{'}$s on our mind program$$ to shut you up so you can't complain publicly. $$So$,$ this is your turn to vote them out.
